These terms cover your use of jackpmedia.com («the site»), run by JackpMedia («we», «us»). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
The site describes a marketing service for online casino and iGaming operators: paid acquisition, creative testing and retention work. It is a business-to-business site. It is not a casino, does not offer gambling, does not accept deposits and is not aimed at players or at anyone under 18.
2. The case study and the numbers
The results shown on the site («7×», «+58%», «8 → 2» and the client's dashboard) come from one engagement with one operator in one market, over the period stated on the page. They are the client's numbers, reproduced with the client's knowledge. They describe what happened there; they are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of what will happen on your project. Ad accounts, markets, products and budgets differ, and results can be worse as well as better.
Creatives shown on the site are recreations of the format we ran unless a caption says otherwise. Game imagery belongs to the game provider; brand names belong to their owners and appear only to describe the work.
3. Contact form and enquiries
Sending the form does not create a contract. It asks us to get in touch. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets scope, fees and responsibilities; nothing on this site is part of that agreement unless the agreement says so.
You agree to give a real name and a contact that belongs to you. We may ignore enquiries that are automated, abusive, or unrelated to the service.
4. No advice
Content on the site — the method, the channel notes, the resources — is general information from our own work. It is not legal, licensing, tax or compliance advice. Whether a given promotion, market or creative is permitted for you depends on your licence and your jurisdiction, and that is your responsibility to check.
5. Intellectual property
Text, layout, diagrams and original graphics on the site are ours. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy pages, republish the case study as your own, or use our name to imply an endorsement. Third-party marks and game assets remain their owners' property.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it «as is». We may change or remove content at any time without notice. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from downtime, or from links to other sites we do not control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the site (as opposed to a signed engagement, which has its own terms) is limited to zero, because the site is free to use and creates no obligation on either side. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How we handle the data you send is set out in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. They are part of these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which JackpMedia is established, and disputes go to its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
