Yes. Set by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to protect the site from automated traffic and keep it reachable during attacks. Without them the site cannot be served. They do not identify you and are deleted within a day.
Functional
Yes, one. If you arrive through an advertising link, the site remembers which campaign the link belonged to while you move between our pages, so that your enquiry can be attributed to that campaign. This is stored in the browser tab only and disappears when the tab is closed. It is not shared with anyone.
Statistics
Yes. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: which parts of a page are read, where people click and scroll, and where the form is abandoned. Clarity records page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and technical data such as browser, device and approximate country. It does not record what you type into form fields — those are masked. Clarity sets its own cookies (for example _clck and _clsk, kept for up to one year) to tell one visit from the next. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement. We do not use Google Analytics.
Marketing
Yes, one. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: it tells Meta that a visitor from an ad opened the site, clicked a Telegram, WhatsApp or email link, or sent the form, so we can see which ads bring enquiries and show them to similar people. It does not receive what you type into the form. Meta sets its own cookies (for example _fbp, kept for up to 90 days) and processes the data under its privacy policy. We do not use Google Ads or TikTok pixels.
Cookie consent
Strictly necessary and functional cookies do not identify you and need no consent. Visitors from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first: a short banner offers Accept or Decline, and neither Clarity nor the Meta Pixel is loaded until you accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. Visitors from other countries see no banner, and Clarity and the Meta Pixel run from the first page; you can block or delete their cookies at any time in your browser settings (see below) without losing access to any part of the site.
Third parties
Three third parties set cookies on this site: Cloudflare, our hosting provider; Microsoft (Clarity), for the statistics described above; and Meta (Meta Pixel), for measuring our ads. Videos and images are served from jackpmedia.com itself, not embedded from YouTube or another platform that would set its own cookies.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie may make the site refuse to load during a security check. Closing the tab clears the campaign value.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
